  • The Collection: We make every effort to display the colors and mechanical details of our watches (including the Jacob & Co. Casino series) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the true color.
  • Price Modifications: Prices for our timepieces are subject to change without notice.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region within India.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): By selecting COD, you commit to being present at the delivery address to make the payment. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason (documented damage) may result in a permanent ban from our future services.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to call and verify orders before dispatch. Unverified orders will be canceled.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATIONS
