1. The 7-Day Inspection Period

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 7-calendar day inspection window from the date of delivery.

  • Scope: Refunds or exchanges are strictly reserved for manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, or transit damage.
  • Non-Eligibility: Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, requests made after this 7-day period will be transitioned to our 1-Year Movement Warranty support.

2. Condition for Return (The “Vault” Standard)

To maintain our “Unworn Excellence” guarantee for all future clients, returns are only accepted if the timepiece is in Pristine Condition:

  • Untouched: The watch must be entirely unworn, with no marks, scratches, or creases on the strap.
  • Factory Seals: All protective films, stickers, and Jindal Watch Co. security tags must be undisturbed. Removal of factory plastics immediately voids the return.
  • Complete Presentation: You must return the full set—including the wooden box, outer sleeve, manual, and warranty card.

3. Mandatory Verification (Unboxing Video)

To ensure a fair and rapid claim process, we require a Mandatory Unboxing Video:

  • The video must be a single, continuous, uncut shot.
  • It must show the sealed courier package and the full process of opening and inspecting the watch.
  • Any claimed defect must be clearly visible in this footage.

Without this video, we cannot verify the condition of the watch at the time of delivery, and the claim will be dismissed.

4. 1-Year Movement Warranty
